Capital and profitرأس المال والربح
The value of an investment can fall, and some or all capital may be lost. Profit is shared only when realized and verified under the agreement. Customer and counterpartyالعميل والطرف المقابل
A customer, seller, custodian, broker or service provider can delay payment, fail to perform, become insolvent or dispute an obligation. Asset and marketالأصول والأسواق
Cars and goods can depreciate, suffer damage or be hard to resell. Property can be illiquid, encumbered or misvalued. Liquidity and exitالسيولة والخروج
A request to return capital is subject to the applicable agreement, notice period, underlying asset liquidity and processing. It may take longer than expected and may result in less than the amount invested.يخضع طلب استرداد رأس المال للاتفاقية ومدة الإشعار وسيولة الأصل والمعالجة. قد يستغرق أكثر من المتوقع وقد يكون المبلغ المسترد أقل من المبلغ المستثمر.
Legal, tax and eligibilityالقانون والضرائب والأهلية
Rules, licenses, taxes, sanctions and Sharia screening vary by country and can change. A proposed structure requires review of the actual documents and asset. Errors in records, custody, banking, communications, service providers or cybersecurity can interrupt transactions and access.
