Profit sharing & availabilityتقاسم الربح والتوافر
Investor terms depend on the signed agreement and verified realized profit. The company receives a 35% share of verified net profit after expenses when profit is realized. The investor’s distribution is set out separately in the signed agreement; 35% is not the investor’s return. A request to return principal may be submitted after one month. Funds finance identified, screened goods or equipment under documented purchase and resale transactions. The outcome depends on the disclosed sale price, customer collections, costs and defaults; late or missed installments can reduce or eliminate profit and may cause capital loss. Reports should show the financed asset, purchase and sale amounts, installment status, arrears and realized results. Use the investor account to review posted balances and transaction history. When is profit distributed?متى يوزع الربح؟
Only according to the investor agreement and after profit is realized and verified. A customer installment is not automatically investor profit.وفق اتفاقية المستثمر فقط وبعد تحقق الربح وتوثيقه. قسط العميل لا يصبح تلقائياً ربحاً للمستثمر.
