Records and providers
NORVEL records client balances and transaction status in its internal ledger. Payment providers process transfers under their own terms. A dashboard balance is an accounting record, not a bank deposit or independent confirmation of custody.
Ownership
The legal title, counterparty, asset and custody arrangements for any product must be stated in the executed product agreement and supporting evidence. Do not infer direct ownership of a specific share, vehicle or property from a general product page.
Reconciliation
NORVEL should reconcile provider confirmations, internal balances and supporting records. A discrepancy should be reported promptly and reviewed before final settlement. No bank protection or regulatory guarantee is represented here.
السجلات ومزودو الدفع
تسجل نورفل الأرصدة وحالات المعاملات في سجلها الداخلي. يعالج مزودو الدفع التحويلات وفق شروطهم. رصيد لوحة الحساب سجل محاسبي وليس وديعة مصرفية أو إثباتاً مستقلاً للحفظ.
الملكية
يجب بيان الملكية القانونية والطرف المقابل والأصل وترتيبات الحفظ في اتفاقية المنتج الموقعة والأدلة الداعمة. لا تستنتج ملكية مباشرة لسهم أو سيارة أو عقار بعينه من صفحة المنتج العامة.
المطابقة
ينبغي مطابقة تأكيدات المزود والأرصدة الداخلية والمستندات. يجب الإبلاغ عن الاختلاف ومراجعته قبل التسوية النهائية. لا يمثل هذا النص ضماناً مصرفياً أو رقابياً.
