Economic terms
The existing 50/50 and 70/30 models are not altered by this template. The applicable signed schedule must identify the chosen model and product-specific terms. The public product description of 35% of verified profit is a separate statement that requires reconciliation with the executed agreement before use. No fixed return is promised.
Execution
An investor should receive final schedules, relevant risk disclosures, transaction documents and confirmation of identity before signing. A website click or illustrative calculator does not execute an investment.
